Capability Statement

Capital Consultants, Inc. provides project inspection services under the jurisdiction of the California Code of Regulations, The Division of the State Architect (DSA) and the State Fire Marshall (SFM) for School Buildings, essential service projects, Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) for Hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, and the Department of Housing (DOH) for modular buildings.

The UBC Section 306 requires inspection by a qualified individual approved by the overseeing governmental building official. These services are in addition to those of record’s periodic structural observations.
